Join Our team as an Enrolled Nurse The Role As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team, working alongside registered nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services, and site administration staff. Together, we deliver high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a meaningful quality of life for our residents. About the Site Our Village comprises 56 private rooms across six thoughtfully designed houses, each tailored to support individuals living with dementia. Araluen House, in particular, provides specialized care for residents experiencing more complex dementia symptoms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work: Morning Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Afternoon/Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM Days Available: Monday through Sunday If you're reliable, adaptable, and ready to jump in when needed, we’d love to hear from you! About You You bring compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to person-centered care. Your role will involve delivering safe, respectful, and individualized support that aligns with each resident’s personal values and preferences. This includes: Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and continence care Supporting nutrition, hydration, and medication administration Facilitating mobility and providing wound care Encouraging companionship and social engagement You will also take ownership of specialist clinical portfolios, which may include: Continence and nutrition/weight management Wound and falls management Behaviours of concern and pain management Medication administration and infection control To Be Successful, You Will Have: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) A minimum of 2 years’ experience in aged care, with a focus on dementia care Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds Leadership qualities and the ability to guide shifts with empathy and mentorship If this sounds like the right role for you, Brightwater offers: The ability to salary package up to $18,550 annually, meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your take-home.
