Our food philosophy continually sets to create and serve the world’s best wellness cuisine, and our Paddock to Plate practice brings to life the best local, seasonal, sustainable and organic produce. Gaia is searching for enthusiastic food and beverage attendants to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you'll help deliver exceptional bespoke service, providing a seamless experience for our guests with our paddock to plate ethos and a daily changing menu. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering quality service and cuisine with a smile. Ideally, you’ll have a great personality and love working with food and wine. You are eager to take initiative, with a can-do attitude and high attention to detail. You are also able to work within a small team whilst supporting the nurturing, guest centric retreat ethos. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable both working by themselves and as part of a team, is available for a mix of early mornings (7am), days and nights (to 10pm), with at least 1 weekend day required.
