About the Role Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Learning and Teaching Officer leads a team to: Provide strategic leadership of learning and teaching across the Diocese Lead a multidisciplinary, evidence-informed function supporting schools in curriculum, assessment, wellbeing and inclusive education Design and implement research-informed school improvement strategies Build instructional leadership capability across school leaders and teachers Establish and leverage strategic partnerships (including universities and sector bodies) Contribute as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, supporting whole-of-organisation strategy and alignment Interested?
