Reporting to the Building & Compliance Supervisor, this hands-on role is responsible for the final detailing, finishing, and preparation of modular buildings prior to dispatch. You’ll work across a variety of modular builds, such as offices, classroom and ablution blocks, ensuring each building meets quality standards. This role also supports general forklift, yard, and labouring duties within the manufacturing facility. What You’ll Be Doing Detail and finish modular buildings as allocated by the Manufacturing team Complete final punch lists and rectify minor defects and fixings Follow packing lists, including fixings, paints, cladding, and components Operate forklifts to safely move, load, and unload buildings and materials Assist with packing, transit preparation, and consignment documentation Perform general labouring duties, including safe use of hand and power tools Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment Assist with stocktakes and general housekeeping Comply with all HSEQ policies, procedures, and Safe Work Procedures What You’ll Bring Construction White Card Forklift licence (highly regarded, but training can be provided) Experience in general labouring and forklift operation Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to attending work Positive attitude and willingness to learn A practical, level-headed approach with strong professional maturity Joining Team ATCO If this sounds like the opportunity for you, click ‘Apply’ to submit your CV.
