For the right person, this position will also provide the opportunity to step up into a Retail Manager role for a maternity leave contract. This role would be ideal for someone already working within the Priceline network who is ready to take the next step into management, as well as experienced retail 2ICs or senior team members wanting a clear pathway into a Retail Manager role. As our Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Owner, Store Manager and management team to support the day-to-day running of the store. You will be hands-on across the shop floor, supporting the team, assisting customers, maintaining strong store standards and helping drive sales, service and operational performance. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Store Manager and Store Owner with daily store operations Leading by example on the shop floor and delivering excellent customer service Coaching and supporting team members to provide genuine health, beauty and wellbeing advice Helping create a positive, accountable and motivated team culture Maintaining strong stock presentation, merchandising and inventory standards Supporting promotional activity, catalogue execution and Priceline campaigns Assisting with Sister Club, Sisterhood campaigns and customer engagement initiatives Helping monitor sales, store performance and opportunities for growth Supporting rosters, team communication and daily task completion Managing customer queries and helping resolve issues professionally Ensuring store processes are followed and standards are maintained We are looking for someone who brings energy, care, initiative and common sense. Previous pharmacy, beauty, retail management or Priceline experience would be highly regarded, but the right attitude, initiative and leadership potential are most important.
