We are on the lookout for Sales Support Specialist to join our high-performing commercial team and play a key role in keeping our sales and operations running smoothly while providing a personalised service to our customer portfolio. This is a hands- on role, thus, you are required to have exceptional time management skills. About the Role As a Sales support specialist, you will be responsible for managing key communication between internal and external stakeholder. You will be responsible for communicating within internal teams to be able to provide accurate information to customers and Sales Team. Key responsibilities Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries around orders, deliveries, documentations, quotes and any other requirements. Liaise closely with suppliers for documentation, samples or any issues. Provide timely order updates to all the customers with correct status of their orders. Handle new customer calls and channelize them accordingly. Regularly follow up on new projects to move them through the various steps to get to production. Collaborate cross-functionality with operations, quality, production, R&D and supply chain teams to ensure project delivery. Provide general support across sales and operations.
