Join our Gracemere Civil Operations team! We’re looking for a motivated Roller operator with civil construction experience in a rural setting. Your days will be hands-on, helping build and maintain vital road infrastructure while tackling tasks like concreting, pipe laying, level checks and bitumen work. This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check). What we are looking for Possess relevant mobile plant operation tickets (e.g. roller competency) Proven experience working in a rural civil construction environment. Hold a Construction Industry Induction (White Card). Strong attention to detail with well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills. Able to worl independently and as part of a team while maintaining a strong Safety-First approach.
