We supply to leading businesses across supermarkets, logistics, cold chain, and other key industries. We’re seeking a Sales Representative to join our small, supportive team in Coomera. This is an office-based role with flexibility for travel as required. Full product training provided. What We Offer ✔ Base Salary: $60k p.a full time (38 hours/week) Super ✔ Generous Monthly Bonus Structure – achievable OTE $140,000 ✔ Warm Leads: Receive a curated list of potential customers from day one ✔ Collaborative Environment: Work closely with management on strategy, marketing, and product development Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies in line with business goals Identify and secure new customers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts Manage a structured sales pipeline and report progress regularly Monitor industry trends and competitor activity Represent Anteck at trade shows and networking events Ensure accurate CRM updates and sales documentation Maintain compliance with company values and code of conduct About You Proven B2B sales or account management experience (materials handling or related industry advantageous) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Results-driven with the ability to work independently Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes Ability to travel local and interstate Competent IT skills Location & Work Structure Based in our Coomera office.
