Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Hägglunds team, supporting customers across industrial and heavy industry sectors. This role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering technical solutions across Hägglunds hydraulic drive systems and complete drive solutions. You will work closely with customers, OEMs, and consultants to understand operational requirements and provide tailored, value driven outcomes. Working collaboratively with Engineering, Production and Service teams, you will play a key role in supporting customer success while contributing to sustainable business growth across your region. What you will be doing Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long term relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, and key stakeholders Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and drive regional sales growth across Hägglunds products and systems Technical Sales Support: Provide technical guidance, system recommendations, and pre sales support to deliver practical engineered solutions Quotations & Commercial Support: Prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiate contract terms, and support tender submissions Market & Growth Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to support pricing strategies and future growth opportunities Collaboration & Project Support: Work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Production, Service, and Quality to ensure customer requirements are met Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, budgets, and customer records Industry Engagement: Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, with regular regional travel required
