An Exciting Leadership Opportunity – Wodonga Depot Manager With our continued growth in New South Wales and the successful award of the NSW TrainLink contracts, we’re reshaping how we support and lead our depots to set them up for long-term success. As part of this, we’re focusing dedicated leadership on our growing Wangaratta operation and NSW TrainLink contracts. This allows greater focus on the expansion and rollout of the new runs being managed from Wangaratta, along with the ongoing leadership and support of the team there as the operation continues to grow. While the NSW TrainLink contracts will be overseen from Wangaratta, they will continue to sit within the broader Wodonga operation, making close collaboration between both depots an important part of the role. The successful applicant will work closely with the Wangaratta leadership team and other regional Depot Managers to ensure consistency, strong communication, and a connected approach across the network. This creates an opportunity for a new Depot Manager to step into Wodonga at an exciting time for both the depot and the broader business. We’re looking for someone with strong bus industry knowledge and a genuine passion for leading people, to step into a key leadership role. As a key depot in the business, this is an opportunity to step in, take ownership, and help shape the culture, performance, and direction of the site moving forward. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front, and building a strong, accountable team. This role sits within a network of seven depots across Victoria and Southern NSW, so you’ll also be part of a broader leadership group focused on consistency, safety, and performance across the business.
