As we continue to expand, we are seeking an energetic and motivated marketing professional to play a key role in supporting our growth and enhancing our brand presence across multiple projects on a fixed-term contract. As part of our commitment to improving the communities in which we operate, funds raised by HHR in its management of rental properties and rental assistance programs are reinvested in building and managing more properties, expanding our capacity to assist those in housing stress. The Role This newly created role has been established to support the delivery of marketing and communications activities across HHR’s growing pipeline of Build‑to‑Rent projects, with several developments coming online in late 2026 and early 2027. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of marketing and communication initiatives across the full business lifecycle from early awareness and expressions of interest through to lease‑up, resident onboarding and ongoing engagement. Your work will include developing high‑quality marketing collateral, maintaining website content and digital asset libraries, supporting social media and campaign activity, and contributing to national marketing initiatives. You will work closely with HHR project teams and collaborate with the broader CHL Group marketing and communications team, while reporting directly to the HHR Director. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment. Essential: Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field Demonstrated experience in marketing or communications roles, ideally within project, property, development or service delivery environments Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across different audiences, channels and requirements Experience managing digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns and content libraries Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders Understanding of brand management, accessibility considerations and compliance-focused communications Experience using design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) and familiarity with digital advertising platforms Desirable: Experience within community housing, Build‑to‑Rent, property, government or not‑for‑profit sectors Exposure to affordable housing programs or eligibility-based marketing This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation delivering meaningful housing outcomes across Australia.
