About the Role We are looking for a Customer Services Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at the Health reception. In this important frontline role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of MDAS - supporting clients, patients and community members as they access our services. This is a busy, rewarding role where you will: Provide high-quality, culturally safe customer service Support both administrative and clinical teams Help connect people to the right services at the right time Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Provide administrative support including document prep, filing, bookings, and coordination of resources. Manage communications (calls, emails, correspondence) and ensure timely responses and redirection. Deliver professional, culturally safe front-desk service to clients and community members. Coordinate appointments, client services, transport, and support access to MDAS programs. Maintain accurate client records and assist with clinical admin tasks, documentation, and billing. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, safety procedures, and contribute to quality improvement. What we are looking for Relevant experience in administration, preferably medical administration A strong commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practice and a community-focused approach Level II First Aid or willingness to obtain Other requirements Working with Children Check National Police Check (arranged by MDAS) MDAS is a child-safe organisation and all appointments are subject to appropriate screening.
