Duties 1.Take charge of end-to-end management of all business contracts, including drafting, sorting, preliminary review, revision, filing and archiving, to ensure all contracts are standard and complete. 2.Regularly follow up on contract execution progress, record relevant details, identify potential risks and irregular issues in a timely manner, and submit risk analysis and handling suggestions. 3.Liaise with internal departments and external counterparts to resolve issues occurring during contract signing, execution and termination, ensuring seamless business cooperation. 4.Revise and update contract clauses and management regulations in accordance with industry policies, business development and practical operation needs, so as to refine the company’s contract management system. 5.Collate and analyze contract data regularly, prepare relevant statistical reports, and offer data support for business decision-making and risk prevention. Requirements Diploma or above. Majors in Business Administration, Management, Logistics or related fields are preferred. Minimum 2 years of practical working experience in contract management. Detail-oriented, earnest and responsible, with clear logical thinking and high work efficiency. Good communication skills and cross-department coordination ability, strong team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office to handle document filing and data statistics efficiently.
