Description and Requirements 岗位背景： 在联想"All for AI"战略框架下，全面推进海外备件供应链的AI化转型。团队致力于打造Agent-driven备件供应链数字孪生系统，构建具备自主决策能力的韧性供应链，并将核心AI能力产品化，赋能全球业务。 岗位职责： 联想海外备件供应链AI Agent架构设计与开发：主导联想海外备件供应链“数字孪生”项目的AI Agent核心架构设计、工具调用、任务规划与执行。负责构建具备自主决策能力的智能体，实现供应链环节的自主推理与自动化决策。 联想海外备件供应链数字孪生与本体论构建：结合数据本体论（Data Ontology），定义备件供应链领域的知识图谱与数据标准，打造高保真供应链数字孪生体，确保AI Agent在虚拟环境中精准模拟并优化现实业务。 技术攻坚与赋能：解决Multi-Agent系统架构设计和协作等技术难题，并赋能团队提升整体AI工程化能力。 技术产品化：将海外备件供应链AI能力封装为可复用、可配置的标准化产品模块，支持多区域快速部署。 前沿技术探索：跟踪Multi-Agent协作、LLM应用、强化学习等技术进展，持续优化系统智能水平。 岗位要求： 教育背景：计算机科学、人工智能、运筹学、自动化或相关专业。 核心经验：3年以上AI Agent实战经验，必须拥有亲手从零搭建或深度优化AI Agent系统的实战项目经历，独立完成过至少3个生产级Agent项目（如智能客服、自动化决策、任务规划等） 技术栈要求：精通Python，熟练掌握LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen等Agent开发框架。深入理解大语言模型（LLM）原理，具备Prompt Engineering及RAG检索增强生成实战经验。熟悉数字孪生技术架构，了解工业数据本体论（Ontology）及知识图谱构建方法。 综合素质：具备极强的逻辑思维与工程落地能力，具备优秀的抗压能力、跨团队沟通能力以及技术探索热情，拥有成熟的产品思维，致力于交付高价值的工业级AI解决方案。 加分项： 有供应链、物流或制造业数字化项目背景； 头部互联网公司AI项目落地实施经验。 Additional Locations : China China Go back Apply If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please contact ability@lenovo.com
