The role: As a Diploma Qualified Educator within WELS, you will be a key member of our long day care team, providing educational and engaging experiences for children ages 6 weeks - 6 years. Key aspects of the role include: Programming, planning and documenting children’s learning in line with the VEYLDF and NQF. Providing nurturing, challenging and inclusive experiences. Maintaining high standards of health, safety and supervision. Building strong, trusting relationships with families, children and colleagues. Contributing to the Quality Improvement Plan and reflective practice. Ensuring compliance with Child Safe Standards, legislation and Council policies. Bringing new ideas that strengthen the quality of our service. About you: You are a professional and passionate educator who is: Collaborative, engaging and enthusiastic.
