Opportunity for shifts across Coronary care Medical Surgical Palliative Renal Oncology We have a variety of shifts available to suit your lifestyle Monday to Sunday morning and afternoon shift is 7 hours Monday to Sunday night shift is 10 hours The Position: Assesses plans, delivers and evaluates patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required. Promotes and contributes to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and within the hospital. Provides patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate. Supports and supervises staff and students as required, including orientating and preceptoring staff. Contributes to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives. You will hold current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills. To succeed you will have the ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the multi-disciplinary health care team and have a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
