As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring performance, safety, and service standards are consistently met. You’ll be responsible for: Coordinating receiving, shipping, handling and storage activities Supporting and guiding warehouse team members on day-to-day operations Maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting with stock takes Promoting and maintaining safe work practices at all times Operating forklifts and working safely around mobile plant and equipment Ensuring warehouse processes align with company policies and safety standards This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example while developing your leadership capability.
