You will lead crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Managing site teams and subcontractors to meet program milestones and staging requirements Ensuring compliance with construction plans, and project requirements Driving a positive, solutions-focused team culture on site Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard About You Proven experience as a Foreman on civil projects - Subdivision experience highly regarded Strong background in roadworks, bulk earthworks, drainage, and pavements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to program and budget Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Construction Industry Card (White/Blue) Current Driver Licence Plant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance About Us Shadforth is one of Queensland’s largest family-owned civil construction companies, delivering essential infrastructure across residential, commercial and industrial developments throughout Southeast Queensland, regional Queensland and northern New South Wales.
