As the Rebate Administrator, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end supplier rebate management, driving system improvements and enhancing efficiency across rebate processes. You’ll work closely with Category, Finance, and key stakeholders, becoming the go-to person for trading terms, rebates and reporting. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage end-to-end supplier rebate processes, including calculations, reconciliation, and processing Maintain accurate data and ensure a single source of truth across systems Investigate and resolve discrepancies and supplier queries Ensure alignment between systems (JDE) and supplier agreements Support audits of rebates and incentives to ensure compliance Produce reporting and insights to support decision-making Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce manual work and increase efficiency Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing system and workflow enhancements You’ll Bring: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management abilities Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to evolving processes and systems Passion for process improvement and operational efficiency Experience in administration, finance, rebates, or similar (including reconciliation, invoicing, or reporting) Intermediate Excel and strong systems skills (ERP such as JDE advantageous) Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident with full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available This role could suit someone with a junior Business Analyst mindset or a parent returning to the workforce looking for flexibility and meaningful work Your New Company: Tradelink isn’t just another business – we’re a dynamic powerhouse of 200 locations and 1300 team members across Australia.
