Key Responsibilities Delivery of civil design across urban development projects Preparation of detailed designs using 12D and AutoCAD Site inspections and coordination during construction phases Mentoring and guidance of junior designers and engineers Participation in technical discussions and design planning Technical Background Minimum five years’ experience using 12D and AutoCAD Demonstrated capability in site grading and earthworks, stormwater drainage, road and intersection design, OSD, and in‑ground services Solid background in urban development projects Ability to manage design outputs independently Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience Gain professional respect and stability and within a consultancy that values experience, mentorship, and measured leadership growth.
