Permanent casual position for medical receptionist in a small busy family GP practice located in the lovely Northern Beaches suburb of Collaroy Plateau. You would be working with a small team of dedicated and supportive GP's and admin staff. Duties include answering phones, making appointments, taking messages for doctors, stocking doctors rooms, general admin work and end of day cleaning. Days required are Thursday and Friday afternoons from 2pm to closing which may vary from 6.30 pm to 8pm, depending on how busy the day is. If possible, extra hours to cover holidays will be appreciated. We close between Christmas Eve and New Year every year for a stressfree holiday period. All staff are supportive of each other and swapping shifts can be aranged when needed.
