Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Manager and Principal. Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Manage confidential documents and maintain accurate records. Act as a liaison between the Business Manager, Principal, and internal/external stakeholders. Assist in organising events, conferences, and other activities as required. Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Support ad hoc projects and tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. The Successful Applicant A successful EA to Business Manager and Principal should have: Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in the Not For Profit sector is desirable but not mandatory. A professional and positive attitude, with a focus on collaboration.
