Job Description Plan and deliver electrical infrastructure projects from setup through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget targets are met. Lead site crews, supervisors, and subcontractors to drive efficient, on-time project delivery. Take ownership of HSEQ performance, promoting strong safety leadership across all works. Coordinate procurement, ensuring materials and resources are available without delays. Identify and mitigate risks early, resolving issues to keep projects on track. Act as the key liaison with clients, network authorities, and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation including costs, progress, and compliance records. Apply practical, hands-on electrical knowledge to deliver high-quality, buildable outcomes. The Successful Applicant Trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical (Electrician, Fitter, Linesman or Engineering) Background in the Electrical Supply Industry (ASP, utilities, or network projects) Experience leading crews, coordinating projects, or stepping into PM responsibilities Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to lead from the front on-site Solid communication skills when dealing with clients, authorities, and delivery teams Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage costs, timelines, and documentation A practical problem solver who can navigate challenges and keep projects moving What's on Offer Competitive salary company vehicle super site uplift for travel.
