O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Officer to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is suited to someone with previous customer service or administration experience, looking to take ownership of customer relations and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in bringing in more business by communicating with new and existing customers Efficient management of inbound calls and outbound customer surveys and debt collection Be the glue between operational performance and marketing through customer service follow-up activity.
