About the Role The Family Care Coordinator provides service coordination and leadership to a team of Family Support Workers and Practitioners. The Coordinator will oversee the delivery of parenting education and support programs to parents and programs to children that promote resilience, reduce family stress and conflict and improve family functioning. The role works with families and community services to support early intervention approaches that improve safety, wellbeing and child development. You will also support program planning, data collection, referrals and partnership development to strengthen outcomes for children and families. This is a Fixed Full-Time position working across Ipswich. About You: You are passionate about early childhood development and supporting families. You bring practical experience, a strong understanding of community needs and excellent communication skills. You will have: Experience delivering parenting or family support programs Background working with children and families, particularly in vulnerable communities Knowledge of attachment, bonding, and early intervention approaches Strong communication, engagement, and networking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of group facilitation and adult learning principles Qualifications, Credentials and Other Requirements Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Social or Behavioural Sciences or similar Current National Police Check Current Blue Card Current Queensland Driver Licence Willingness to travel across the service region Why Join Anglicare?
