In this role, you’ll work closely with brokers, partners and internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes within agreed underwriting authorities and governance standards. You’ll also contribute to product strategy and supporting the development of others through technical guidance and coaching, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative underwriting team environment. Your new role: A day in the role may look a bit like this: Underwrite highly technical multinational property programs, actively managing a portfolio of new business and renewals within the Property Multinational area. Build and manage strong broker relationships to drive sustainable Gross Written Premium (GWP) growth. Monitor portfolio performance against key metrics, including growth and profitability. Ensure full compliance with underwriting governance requirements, standards and internal audit processes. Actively participate in Property underwriting forums and communities to stay aligned with market trends, best practice and underwriting ethos. Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and initiatives that add value across the broader organisation. About you To be successful in this role, you bring sound judgement, commercial thinking, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do. You will have: Significant underwriting experience at Senior Underwriter level, ideally within Multinational Property programmes. Well established broker and customer relationships. Strong technical underwriting, risk assessment and portfolio management capabilities. A proactive approach to personal technical development and continuous improvement.
