We are building our Chadstone team, we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and elevate the in-store experience. This isn’t just a store. Your Role As our Assistant Store Manager at our Moorabbin outlet, you’ll support the Store Manager in all things leadership — helping to build, develop and inspire an epic team, create an unmatched in-store experience, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and with intention. You’ll lead from the floor, with your finger on the pulse of what drives great guest experience, community connection, and commercial success. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and reach sales targets Driving a culture of accountability, learning, and performance Championing visual merchandising, product walkthroughs, and sell-through strategies Problem-solving and jumping in wherever needed — from stockroom to sales floor Fostering community and bringing the Arc’teryx experience to life for our guests Partnering with the Store Manager to lead hiring, onboarding, and team development Supporting operational excellence, including labour planning and inventory Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends. You’ll Thrive Here If You Have: 2–3 years of leadership experience in a retail environment Experience in an outlet retail environment (preferred) A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit A love for the outdoors — and the gear that gets you out there Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style A commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and act decisively A passion for people — your team, your guests, your community What’s In It for You?
