About the role Depending on your experience and interests, your work may include: · Acting on residential and commercial property transactions, leasing and related property matters. · Advising clients on Wills & Estates, including estate planning, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships and estate administration. · Assisting clients with a range of Family Law matters, including parenting, property settlements and financial agreements. · Handling general commercial work, such as business sales and purchases, structuring, basic commercial contracts and related advisory work. · Managing your own files with appropriate supervision and support. · Drafting advice, contracts, correspondence and court documents to a high standard. · Engaging with local clients, referrers and the community to help grow the practice. About you We are looking for someone who: · Has at least 2 years PAE in private practice. · Has experience in one or more of: Property Law, Wills & Estates, Family Law and/or general commercial work. · Is client-focused, commercially aware and able to build strong relationships with local clients and referrers. · Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing deadlines across different practice areas. · Works well both independently and as part of a small, supportive team. · Is keen to develop their skills and career within a respected regional firm.
