Machine Operator 's Far Northern Suburbs Right-Connect is hiring Machine Operators on behalf of a leading waste management organisation in South Australia. We have opportunities available in Dublin (Lower Light). This organisation works with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to government agencies and multinational corporations. About the Role We’re looking for experienced Machine Operators to assist in the daily operations of waste transfer stations. This role involves maintaining high safety standards, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient waste and resource recovery processes. Key Responsibilities Manage the placement of waste and recyclables to maximise resource recovery. Operate onsite machinery and equipment as needed. Direct customer traffic safely within the transfer station and provide assistance when required. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all facilities, roadways, and landscaped areas. Accurately complete required paperwork and records. What You'll Need A valid drivers licence. Certification to operate plant machinery ( must include Front End Loader and Excavator) *this is a must have requirement Hands-on experience with earthmoving equipment such as compactors, bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, and loaders. Understanding of Waste Management & Landfill operations and equipment maintenance preferred but not essential. Basic computer literacy. Commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
