Flexibility is important, as the family would also appreciate an Educator who can increase hours when a child is unwell. Experience with neurodiversity and type 1 diabetes would be highly valued. The household includes additional support workers, as the mother lives with a disability, and the family is immunocompromised. Care is for two children, aged 7 and 11. The 7-year-old loves outdoor adventures, dancing, craft, rabbits, singing and anything musical. The 11-year-old has a strong interest in science and computers and benefits from guidance with self-regulation, developing life skills and building independence. The Educator must be comfortable working in a home shared with a friendly cat and rabbit. DRIVING REQUIRED You must: - Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority boa - Provide at least 3 references. - Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid - Have a car & driver's licence - Be willing to commit for at least 12 months - Full working rights in Australia.
