We’re looking for a sharp, reliable person to join our team at Cash City. This is not a retail sales role. This is a decision-making role where you’ll be trusted to assess items, make loan decisions, and negotiate deals that directly impact the business. If you’re just looking to “serve customers” — this job isn’t for you. What you’ll be doing: Assessing items and determining loan/purchase values Making real-time decisions on deals Negotiating with customers Handling cash and high-value goods Following strict systems (including mandatory double-checking) Keeping the store clean, organised and secure What we’re looking for: Strong common sense and good judgement Confident decision-maker (not afraid to say no) Good with numbers and quick thinking Honest, reliable and switched on Can handle pressure and difficult conversations Team player who follows systems — no shortcuts Our locations: We have multiple Cash City locations across Perth, including Guildford, Kelmscott, Midland, Morley, Joondalup,Balcatta,Cannington,Belmont and Northam with continued growth planned. Flexibility to work across stores is preferred.
