Our practices are located in Blackwood and Daw Park, we have a large existing patient base, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalized care to each of our patients. This position is open to dentists in all stages of their career, - you will be mentored and supported in your role. The role is part time at both locations. and there is a healthy new patient flow. The successful applicant will need to hit the ground running. You will have access to the latest technology including but not limited to Medit intra oral scanners, digital radiography, rotary endodontics and 3D printing. fully computerised with Core Practice. Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions, including but not limited to tooth decay, gum disease, and oral cancer Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canal treatment. Provide complex care including but not limited to crown and bridge, dental implant restoration and cosmetic procedures. ( We will not be taking patients away from you, we are happy to support you through difficult cases. ) Provide dental care to patients of all ages Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients Work collaboratively with our team of dental hygienists and assistants Stay up-to-date with advances in dental technology and techniques Provide exceptional patient care and customer service Maintain patient records Adhere to infection control standards and procedures Qualifications: APHRA registration Indemnity insurance Current radiation licence (EPA) Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Remuneration will be a retainer base plus commission, depending on experience.
