We provide sales, spare parts and service to all our customers. About the role We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team, supporting a range of earthmoving machinery including loaders, excavators, and skid steer loaders. This role is ideal for an earthmoving machinery interpreter, experienced earthmoving machinery mechanic looking to move off the tools or an earthmoving machinery operator wanting to transition into an office-based role. Key responsibilities: Able to identify spare parts on earthmoving machinery - excavators, wheeled loaders, skid steers, graders. Minimum 5 years of earthmoving machinery parts experience essential. Experience must specifically include excavators, loaders, and skid steers. Check, value and catalogue parts through our inventory management system. Give technical advice and interpret parts required. Answer phone calls, greet customers and serve over counter spare parts sales. Arrange machine servicing and co-ordinate with workshop. Processes quotes, orders, payments and invoices. Monitor current/outstanding orders. Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers. Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
