Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Assist clients with personal care and everyday activities Support community participation and social interaction Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks Follow and implement individualised support plans Maintain a safe and positive environment Build strong, supportive relationships with clients Work collaboratively with the wider team Requirements To be considered, you will need: Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid and CPR Police Check (within the last 6 months) Valid Australian driver’s licence Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in disability support Skills and Qualities Strong commitment to person-centred care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs Why Work With Us?
