You have a genuine desire to walk alongside students and families, offering compassionate, skilful support where it matters most. As a key member of our Pastoral Care team, you play a vital role in nurturing wellbeing across our College community and contribute meaningfully to Pastoral Care—one of our most valued strategic priorities. As a registered Psychologist with AHPRA, you bring both professional excellence and a relational, collaborative approach. You build trust easily and work in close partnership with teaching staff, the Inclusive Education team and the College community, ensuring care is integrated, consistent and centred on each student’s growth. You will also collaborate with Compliance to support staff training and remain committed to best practices, continuously strengthening our frameworks. This role offers more than service delivery. You are entrusted to take ownership of the program, coordinate the team, with a real opportunity to shape, deepen and expand its impact over time. This position can grow into a full‑time role, allowing you to leave a legacy of pastoral care, wellbeing and hope within our College community. This is a part-time (0.8 FTE) position with the possibility of full-time (1.0 FTE) and is ongoing, commencing on or before Term 3, 2026.
