The Role Preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, and FBT Supporting tax planning and year-end distribution strategies Working on Div 7A loans, trusts distributions and CGT calculations Assisting with advisory matters – e.g. structuring, valuations, and forecasting Liaising directly with clients and supporting more senior team members Reviewing work and mentor junior staff What You’ll Need 2–4 years' experience in Australian public practice CA/CPA qualified or in progress Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance (Div 7A, CGT, FBT) Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar cloud-based tools Good communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a high attention to detail What’s on Offer $75,000 – $85,000 package (based on experience and qualifications) Hybrid work flexibility to support work-life balance (2 days WFH) CA/CPA study support – study leave and fee reimbursement Broad exposure across compliance and real advisory work Access to experienced partners and mentoring Supportive, down-to-earth team with strong staff retention To express your interest, please apply or send your resume to Noah Huby at hartrec.com.au.
