About the Role We are seeking an HR/Training Administration Assistant on a casual 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support our HR and Training functions during a busy period. Working closely with a supportive team, you will provide accurate, well‑organised administrative support across a range of HR and training activities, while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role contributes to the smooth and consistent operation of HR and training processes across the business. Key Responsibilities Undertake end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees Update and reconcile training documentation Assist with scheduling and preparation of training activities Assist with scheduling and preparation of performance reviews Ensure that accurate records are maintained across both functions About You Previous experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe PDF Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
