What you will be doing As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will play a dynamic and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture function. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will juggle multiple priorities, respond to competing demands, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role is all about people. You will help create a positive and engaging team member experience by supporting initiatives, activities, and events that make our workplace a great place to be. You are proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about looking after our team members and fostering a supportive culture. You are also a Canva superstar, using your creativity to bring team communications, events, and engagement initiatives to life. Whether you are coordinating administration, supporting team activities, or helping deliver culture initiatives, no two days will be the same. This role reports directly to the Director of Talent & Culture and is a full-time position.
