About the Role We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high quality primary care and allied health support within a busy general practice and disability support setting. You will work alongside GPs, allied health professionals and support staff to provide patient-centred care, health promotion and chronic disease management. The role is hands-on, varied and ideal for a nurse who thrives in a motivating, innovative and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with mixed-billing processes, accurately documenting services and supporting efficient workflow. Deliver health education, prevention programs and patient follow-up to improve outcomes. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical records, adhere to policies and contribute to a safe, compliant workplace. What We Are Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Demonstrated primary care or general practice nursing experience; disability or community care experience highly regarded. Strong clinical assessment, communication and time management skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-focused setting. Current immunisation certification and first aid qualifications preferred.
