Peer support with associate dentists, including regular clinicians meetings to present cases to improve all of our practitioners dentistry and communication skills and keep the team on the same page. Mentorship Well-managed appointment book by our committed and motivated front office team led by a front office manager. Excellent chair-side support from a team of dedicated clinical coordinators, for example can design and create Cerec crowns themselves. Healthy flow of new patients. Regularly around 150 per month.
