Based in Sydney, Sanmik is now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced Human Resources Adviser and a dynamic, results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. 1 x Human Resources Adviser: As a Human Resources Adviser, you will be responsible for providing staffing & personnel administration services, implementing and evaluating staff recruitment, staff performance & disciplinary matters across the following tasks: Placing job vacancy advertisements, reviewing CV’s, short-listing and interviewing applicants; Receiving and recording job vacancy information from departmental managers including details about vacancies, job descriptions, wages and conditions of employment; Managing all personnel records and HR reporting, including quarterly people metrics, exit interviews and compliance requirements; Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, leave, flexibility, and exit processes; Advising management on workplace relations policies and procedures, staff performance and disciplinary matters; Organising the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities; Supporting employee relations cases, including conducting investigations and preparing recommendations; Ensuring onboarding, employee contracts, and HR documentation are accurate and compliant; Supporting performance review cycles, probation reviews and development planning; Coaching and upskilling managers to confidently manage performance, development and people-related issues; Updating job vacancies for job seekers and within the organisation; Reviewing and interpreting legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures; Negotiating and reinforcing terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving staff disputes and grievances; Developing, planning and formulating enterprise agreements and employee collective contracts along with workplace relations policies, programs and procedures; Overseeing employee participation initiatives and team bonding social events. Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher relevant degree qualification in related fields including 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. Defining and setting sales targets and identifying key performance measures to best drive sales revenue growth across the wholesale, retail, and online sales channels. Sourcing, recruiting, training, supervising, and performance managing sales and marketing staff to achieve sales targets and build solid customer relationships across key target markets. Attending sales meetings and presenting the value of the Sanmik's product suite, including identifying customer needs and goals, and offering solutions that best define how Sanmik can achieve them. Developing, defining, and implementing sales release cycle methodologies to optimise sales take-up rates. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to best support sales efforts by promoting the Sanmik's product suite to decision-makers across each target customer segment. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to build Sanmik's brand and image as a premier medical equipment distributor of choice. Developing and implementing front-end and back-end processes and procedures to maximise the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing function. Developing and implementing measurable marketing strategies that best support sales efforts, including procuring and managing external marketing agencies to promote the Sanmik's product suite and brand across key target markets. Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods, budgets, and results, and making changes to optimise results.
