This exciting position would be suitable to an experienced Chef who enjoys a fast paced environment, works well as part of a team and has the ability to ensure excellent service and quality standards, you will be required to work between both venues as required. The benefit of this position are the flexible working arrangements, long term job security within very well regarded venues. Hours will be managed through a rotating roster that will include mornings, day times with no evening shifts but you must be willing to work weekends on a rotating roster. About you At least 2 years' experience as a qualified Chef Experience within an high volume kitchen environment A demonstrated ability to work at a fast pace Excellent communication and time management Competency with all Food Safety and Hygiene standards Skills across all kitchen sections Availability to work a variety of hours You must have full Australian working rights with no restrictions
