Job Responsibility: • Responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting quality food while maintaining kitchen operations and food safety standards. Duties: • Preparing and cooking a variety of meals and menu items • Assisting in menu planning and food preparation • Monitoring food quality, portion control and presentation • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations • Managing stock levels and food storage • Inspecting food supplies and ingredients for quality • Assisting with kitchen operations during busy service periods • Working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff • Maintaining a safe and organised kitchen environment Qualification: • AQF Certificate III or Higher • 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role Employment Condition: • Full Time / 38 hours per week
