About the role Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in a full-time capacity role. You will be managing 2-3 concurrent luxury residential projects valued between $3M-$5M, this role will see you overseeing the full project lifecycle from site establishment through to handover while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Working closely with Site Managers, subcontractors, architects, and clients, you will play a key role in maintaining strong communication, driving programme outcomes, and delivering exceptional custom homes. Key Responsibilities Manage the successful delivery of 2-3 residential projects simultaneously Oversee project budgets, construction programmes, procurement, and overall project performance Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers across all project stages Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality standards, timelines, and client expectations Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, variations, and programme delays Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholders throughout the build process Ensure WHS compliance and maintain safe work practices across all active sites Prepare and manage project reporting, scheduling, and construction documentation Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering bespoke luxury residential homes Strong background managing custom residential projects valued between $3M-$5M Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Strong understanding of residential construction methodologies and sequencing Experience managing budgets, procurement, contracts, and construction programmes High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality workmanship Relevant construction qualification highly regarded * Current driver's licence and own vehicle required Culture Join a professional and collaborative team that values quality construction, strong communication, and long-term relationships.
