We're currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Cannington that is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking for long-term stability. As this is a genuine temp to perm opportunity, you must have full, unlimited work rights to be considered for this role The Role: Reporting into a supportive finance team, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function across a busy portfolio. This role will see you processing high volumes daily, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end Accounts Payable processing (high volume) Preparing and reviewing fortnightly payment runs Bank and credit card reconciliations Processing ad hoc payments and staff reimbursements Managing supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider finance team as required About You: Previous experience in a high-volume AP role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving Comfortable working autonomously and within a team environment Intermediate Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems preferred Available to commence at short notice What's on Offer: Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential Supportive and collaborative team culture Busy and varied role where no two days look the same Cannington location with onsite parking available If you're an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for your next opportunity, apply today or reach out for a confidential discussion.
