About the Role You will manage a diverse caseload of customers with varying levels of complexity, tailored to your experience and clinical expertise. The role offers exposure to a broad range of diagnoses, including neurodiverse therapy, providing ongoing opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge. As an Advanced Clinician Occupational Therapist, you will also provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and supervision to therapists, supporting the development of their core skills and competencies. This is a customer-facing role with adjusted billable targets to reflect the senior responsibilities of the position.
