The Role As Casework Coordinator, you’ll lead casework services across Clarence Coffs, supporting your team, driving quality practice, and ensuring everything aligns with OOHC standards and a trauma-informed approach. This is a Full-time opportunity based in Grafton, reporting to the Regional Manager What You’ll Do Lead and support caseworkers to deliver high quality, responsive care Oversee case plans and permanency outcomes (restoration, guardianship, adoption) Ensure compliance with OOHC, PSP and child protection requirements Build strong partnerships with DCJ and community services Embed the Sanctuary Model into everyday practice Drive a positive, inclusive and culturally responsive environment Manage team performance, recruitment and service delivery What You Bring Relevant tertiary qualification Strong OOHC and child protection knowledge Proven leadership and casework experience Understanding of trauma informed practice Great communication, organisation and stakeholder skills Cultural awareness, especially working with Aboriginal communities Please address the full Key Selection Criteria outlined in the PD as part of your application.
