What’s On Offer Long-term, full-time position Work on a large underground mining project FIFO options available Meals & accommodation provided Roster flexibility to support work/life balance Strong team environment and career progression opportunities Loyalty Milestone Bonuses We value commitment and reward loyalty: $3,000 at 5 years $10,000 at 10 years $15,000 at 15 years $20,000 at 20 years Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute underground development and production activities in line with project plans and targets Support short- and long-term planning, scheduling, and forecasting to optimise project delivery Track and report on project performance , including productivity, costs, and timelines Ensure compliance with site safety standards, statutory requirements, and company procedures Work closely with Superintendents, Supervisors, and underground crews to drive efficient and safe outcomes Prepare and maintain accurate reports, documentation, and progress updates Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance Assist with resource coordination , including labour, equipment, and materials Promote a strong safety culture and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment Qualifications About You Degree-qualified in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering , or a related discipline Proven experience in underground mining environments , ideally across development and production Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, and contract management Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with site teams and stakeholders Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and delivering outcomes on time
