Location: Wollongong, NSW Job Type: Independent Support Worker Start Date: Immediate Start About the Role: We are currently seeking 3-4 reliable and compassionate casual Support Workers (Level 1–2) to join our team in Wollongong. You will be supporting an NDIS participants with a range of day-to-day tasks and activities, including social and community participation, assistance with daily life, and transport. Key Responsibilities: Support the client to engage in community, social, and recreational activities Assist with daily living tasks such as meal prep, cleaning, and personal care Provide safe and reliable transport to appointments and activities Promote the client’s independence and well-being Follow individualised support plans and report relevant updates Requirements: Must have all current and relevant documentation, including: NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Police Check NDIS Orientation Module Valid Working with Children Check Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Workers Insurance Valid ABN Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle COVID-19 vaccination Experience as a Level 1–2 Support Worker preferred Excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently What We Offer: Immediate start with regular shifts Supportive and inclusive work environment Meaningful work where you can make a real impact Ready to Apply?
