We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team in Canning Vale WA. The position is permanent full-time with working hours from 7:00am - 3:00pm. As a Warehouse Operator you will be the sole person supporting the operations function, primarily focusing on warehousing activities such as assembly, loading and unloading trucks, pick and pack orders and container unpacking. Key responsibilities include: Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper documentation in the inventory system Store materials safely and efficiently in designated warehouse locations Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with customer and internal requirements Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and cycle counts/audits Operate warehouse equipment and coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Load and unload trucks & containers Book freight using various freight portals Assist in kit assembly and production operations Liaise with sales team Requirements 2 years of experience in a warehousing and/or distribution Forklift licence required A great attitude towards safety and quality Energetic and sociable, capable of working within a tight-knit team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks As part of the recruitment process a pre-employment medical (including a drug & alcohol test) and national criminal history check will be required.
